Maison Leon ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits this website or contacts us, in a manner consistent with the discretion our clients expect from every part of the service. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This currently happens in two ways:

• The enquiry form on this website, which asks for your name, email address, and a message describing what you need.
• Direct contact by email or WhatsApp, which may include your name, contact details, and whatever information you choose to share about your request.

This website does not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising pixels of any kind. No information is collected about your browsing behaviour beyond what's technically necessary to deliver the page to you.

How we use it

Information submitted through the enquiry form or sent directly to us is used solely to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, and, where an engagement proceeds, to deliver the service you've asked for. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiry form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, and delivered to our email inbox. Formspree processes this data solely to route it to us and does not use it for any other purpose. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we retain your details only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, and delete them thereafter. If you become a client, information is retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service and meet any legal or accounting obligations, in line with standard practice for a business operating in Ireland.

Your rights

As a business operating in Ireland, we handle personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw consent to be contacted at any time
